Enterprise Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Enterprise Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a supply chain platform designed for mid-to-large distribution hubs. Built with React 18, Express 4, and PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM 5, it synchronizes physical warehouse inventory with digital accounting through atomic stock movements, automated over-stock-out prevention, and a multi-level Stock Opname audit pipeline.

Project Overview
Eliminates discrepancies between recorded ledgers and floor inventory. Warehouse workers log incoming supplier goods and dispatches with before-and-after stock tracking, while supervisors review two-man-rule physical audits, authorize damaged/expired stock adjustments, and monitor 30-day mutation trends on interactive Recharts dashboards.
The Problem
Inventory shrinkage, stock discrepancies between paper records and physical racks, accidental dispatch of depleted items, and unauthorized stock balance adjustments.
The Solution
Engineered atomic Prisma transactional updates that enforce server-side quantity checks on stock dispatches, comparative stockBefore and stockAfter ledger logging, a 5-stage Stock Opname finite state machine requiring supervisor sign-off, and low-stock threshold monitoring.
System Architecture
Decoupled frontend built with React 18, Vite 5, Tailwind CSS, and Recharts for executive BI data visualization. Backend powered by Node.js, Express 4, and TypeScript, utilizing Prisma ORM 5 on PostgreSQL with transactional concurrency control.
Key Technical Challenges
Designing a tamper-resistant Stock Opname workflow that prevents unverified inventory adjustments while keeping the warehouse operational during physical counting.
Lessons Learned
Implementing a two-man rule state machine (where warehouse workers record physical counts but only supervisors can authorize balance reconciliation) eliminates inventory fraud and bookkeeping errors.
